Archery Classes Available
We are starting our archery classes again. They will be 4 week classes, starting Tuesday, April 30th with class times at either 4:30pm-5:30pm or 6:30pm to 7:30pm and Thursday, May 2nd from 4:30-5:30pm. Cost is $40+tax if you have equipment and $60+tax if you use our equipment. All classes are prepaid on first day of class.
A Thursday evening, 6:30-7:45pm class for more advanced archery instruction will be offered. Cost is $80+ tax for everyone. Beginners are welcome in any of our classes, but the Thursday night class will be more structured with less shooting first 2 weeks to allow archers to learn proper mechanics, and what it takes to be a successful archer. We will utilize string bows and bands for this class as well as your bows (or ours). Looking to take archery lessons in Omaha area? We will start our next round of 4 week lessons in January and will offer 3 different days to choose from. Class size limited to 16 archers, so please call to pre-register 402-333-9691. Private lesson opportunities will be limited in January due to our busy schedule, but will resume late February.
January classes are FULL…next sessions start February 25th or February 27th for 4 weeks. These classes will be limited to 24 shooters. CALL to reserve and give an email to get a reminder. Deb
WANTED
Over the years Full Draw Archery has been collecting archery related personalized license plates for display on our indoor range.
If anyone has an expired plate they would like to include in the display please bring it by or give us a call, we would love to include it.
DART system is BACK
We have the DART up and running again after FINALLY getting the new pieces and parts. With some updates, adjustments and TLC…..it is brighter than ever! For those of you who are not familiar with the DART system, it is an interactive video system that you shoot your own bow and arrows with special tips and score points on animal hunts. There are all kinds of disks to shoot, african, alaskan, big monster bucks, small game, just to name a few.
We honor reservations first on the DART system, so call ahead and reserve a time. We are considering a DART league if there is enough interest. That can be done with the computer keeping track…you dont have to be there a certain day or time.
