DART system is BACK

We have the DART up and running again after FINALLY getting the new pieces and parts.  With some updates, adjustments and TLC…..it is brighter than ever!  For those of you who are not familiar with the DART system, it is an interactive video system that you shoot your own bow and arrows with special tips and score points on animal hunts.  There are all kinds of disks to shoot, african, alaskan, big monster bucks, small game, just to name a few.

We honor reservations first on the DART system, so call ahead and reserve a time.  We are considering a DART league if there is enough interest.  That can be done with the computer keeping track…you dont have to be there a certain day or time.

Checking out 2012 Products….

The 2012 Archery Trade Show is in full swing and we have seen some interesting products for 2012.  Excited to get them into the store and let you all get your hands on them,

Deb is especially excited about NOSEJAMMER’s line of shampoo that WONT make her hair DRY & FRIZZY! It has salon quality products in it without all the harmful stuff that is in the rest of them.

Quivers, releases, sights have made some interesting changes.  Products should start showing up about the time for the NEBRASKA BIG BUCK CLASSIC, January 27th, 28th and 29th at the Century Link center.

We will be giving a bow away again this year and Kevin Markt and the Kamp 4 Kids youth shooting will be giving away a youth bow as well.  January is full of stuff this month, 450 FITA shoot on Saturday night January 14th, 3D shoot the following weekend….  time to get those bows back out (if you put them away).

2012 Mathews Bow….Heli-m

Nebraska Big Buck Classic

The 3rd Annual Big Buck Classic was another huge success, “THANKS” to all who came out and supported us and the event.  If Omaha wants to continue to host, we all need to continue attending these events.  This year we gave away a 2011 Mathews Z7 Xtreme Camo bow with Husker (Red/White) colored accessories.  We had over 1250 entries and the winner was:  John Wisnieski of Omaha.  Congrats John!

The Indoor 3D was again a well attended event with our sponsorship and Golden Arrow Archery Club hosting!!  They had a GREAT setup again this year.  They added additional celebrity shooters this year with New York Giant (#71) Dave Tollefson in attendance!  Grandson Josh loved shaking hands with a Pro Football player!
